Garth took us into VA to sought out the ownership of the right to mine and the Mozambique tax liability for the sale of these rights. until that was worked out the company was not on solid foundations. True, you could sell it to the market on news of a big apparent offtake agreement.
Garth made a hard call to fix structural issues that were a barrier to success that others had ignored.
