Best tech, does not matter, good enough is ok, as proven by MS vs apple, marketing is everything.
Hard to tell whether they have a true niche market.
$1.6M sales at $10,000 per battery.
sold 160 batteries.
what is there breakeven pt. $8M per year income.
800 batteries per year.
70 battery sales per month, from 15-30 per month
can they do it before another capital raising.
so need to double/quadtriple sales to almost reach breakeven.
Probably a better bet now than any time in there history.
For a startup, probably will make it if they do not go broke first.
I will probably throw them a little extra money.
I would buy a battery if they get down to $10,000 from $15,000.
I know a few remote farmers, that have a $50,000 to $80,000 budget
for their power supply. This is just there quote, typically just to get power lines
to there remote farmhouses, so that is why they will be looking for minigrids
instead.
