I work for a large govt dept (Defence) and we are being compelled to accept 'best fare of the day' for domestic travel. this includes accepting VB fares when they're cheaper than qantas (frequently). can't imagine other dept's are not doing the same ATM. actually its not so bad as our tickets include complementary entry into the VB lounges, which IMO, are better than the overcrowded qantas clubs anyway.

...what does this mean for VBA shares? i'll let you decide...
