MOST IMPORTANTLY China's decision to lash out in multiple directions likely signals internal conflict within the CCP.
Engaging in a childish squabble with the Australian Government is one thing. Pissing on India is another. The Indian troop killings followed a cyber attack and directly breached an agreement that was reached 2 weeks ago.
To me, looking from the outside in it makes no sense for the CCP to scuttle initiatives like the Belt and Road . To understand what is happening we therefore need to look from the inside in.
