company reports are always difficult to unwrap... which is why the directors have to be totally honest (and our system is based upon the directors being totally honest).
short report writers just get a sniff of any rot and then have a look.
short report writers are not the enemy of honesty in our system. they force honesty onto others who may be tempted to stray.
