Hi Glyco,

I touched base with Dr Yacov yesterday with 2 emails and got a reply straight away. He is also feeling the pain of what we are currently going through, but I suggested that these performance based shares need to be justified, as the SP is definitely not showing it. The SH's are angry that the company has the gall to even put this up for approval.

I voted "no" for well over 1 million shares. It is frustrating what has happened with the SP with the announcement over the past few months. I thought that the big announcement when we got the FDA approval was the one to get us going, especially when we went from $0.045 upto $0.16. I had been hanging on for so long thinking Yes! finally what we have been waiting for to kick start the big climb back to mid $0.30's, but no, unfortunately we went back down.

I'm not quite sure what Dr G has in his big bag of tricks, but it better be revenue, revenue and more revenue. The only significant announcement would be the NMPA approval and the China factory coming onboard. Hopefully if we see a large PO, it would possibly be the start of a rerating.

I'm not too sure what Dr G meant when he said "one day and not too far you will enjoy your investment"
I haven't given up on GMV because I still think that GMV will be a global company but I'm not sure how long the company can continue without significant revenue. They can't keep draining the coffers at these low prices.

Everyone who has been on HC would know that I have been a proactive supporter of Dr G and his team, but this audacious move to lock in Performance based shares is a smack in the cheek and goes against what Australian SH's believe in.

I hope we come out of this smelling of roses, because I know alot of the LT holders have a significant amount of shares invested in the company and more than likely an average probably close to $0.18.

My heart goes out to you Dr G as I know alot of this is out of your control and you are just as frustrated as the SH's are. I'm not sure if you could reduce the amount of performance shares being allocated, but at the moment there are alot of disappointed SH's saying that due to the current share price, why should any director's recieve bonuses, it just dosen't sit right. I applaud what your vision and goals are and I know that this is a long term project, that is why I believe in what you represent and I'm still in yourcorner.
