I have a bit of concern about the consolidation of trials into some sort of managed framework where to management approach could be corrupted to favor or disfavor different therapies by, for example, dragging feet on allocating trial candidates among various competing trials, or even steering worst and best case candidates between trials. there's a king's fortune riding on these outcomes and corruption lives and thrives in high places.
