Ann: GNM Receives Green Light to Commence Gold Drilling Program, page-22

It appears to me there is increased interest in GNM with the impending drilling programme they mentioned in their 4th June ASX announcement.

It is also showing up in the share price and net new buying volume interest, since the most recent capital raising at 0.006c plus a free November 2022 call option with a strike price of 1c for every two shares accepted in the capital raising.

Plus the capital raising shortfall was fully taken including one investor who held 30mio shares taking up another 121 million shortfall shares to own 19.6% of GNM. He must be confident. (Refer ASX substantial share notices). This also includes another substantial share notice of buying 5% of the shares on market before the capital raising around christmas time by an individual who I searched his name and found his occupation is "geologist". So he must be confident to take a 5% position in GNM before the capital raising.

Finally, we saw late last week the CEO buying shares on market post the capital raising at a price much higher than the capital raising. He must be confident to shell out of his own pocket (and he did not convert his 1c call options either.) as he already has a substantial amount of shares.
