Yep, yep -- just goes to show how shocking those self-dealing resolutions are. This is not a line-call. We don't need a replay, we're not going upstairs to the TMO. It's BLATANT. But the fact that Yacov and Brendan saw that and went ahead anyway, shows that they won't be guilt-tripped into changing the resolutions. This is why the meeting is in Tel Aviv. They could have held it in Oz, and zoomed Yacov in (if he didn't want to get on a plane.) But to Yacov, the shareholders that matter aren't in Australia: the ones that matter are the Israelis etc who are in the Top 20. We who have a mere million shares (or even less! imagine that!) are smelly peasants, clogging up the gate of the castle. I remain furious, but I hope there's something we peasants can do about it.

I found his response to Ruby15 heartless and arrogant. He said that he doesn't control the sp. Yes, a good announcement will send the sp to the sky. A company in silence and unpleasant announcement will drop the sp to the ground.
If the company only update us along in its journey, the sp will not be suffered like this.
