Perhaps you should read the announcement again. ’the Board and Management will voluntarily forego 20% of their salaries over a six-month period from June to November 2020.’ It’s not the employees thanks very much.
Maybe you need to re-do your figures.
And there is nothing stopping management being gifted those options as compensation for the 20% reduction in salaries. Correct?
