people that fixed rates never had any intention of selling that property mid term anyway. The parameters under which they fixed are still the same.
I see a lot of people on the ASX thread saying they're not going to realise their paper losses by selling but rather maintain dividend income, property investors are no different in this regard.
9 months to go Aurelius, then you'll be whistling a different tune having bought your next / first property as you've mentioned in another thread. Have you started looking yet? A piece of advice, start getting a feel for the market now. I guarentee you the one you want will be wanted by other cashed up people as well.
