Those who get all their "serious" news from Your ABC, Sydney Morning Hilarity, The Guardian Blog, Saturday Paper, Greens Weekly, the Betoota Advocate , and all those other intellectually euthanized sources probably haven't heard a word - because Beijing hasn't given the go ahead yet to lift the embargo. Your ABC is still too busy banging on about climate change, Donald Trump, BLM and its other hobby horses. They frequently miss the forest for the trees.
I will give you a heads up - go buy yourself a copy of the Weekend Australian. The lead story on page 1, the whole of page 2, the opinion piece by Peter Jennings, Executive Director of the Australian Strategic Policy Institute on page 13 - cover it in massive detail. You might even learn something.
Sky News has wide coverage too....... but if you prefer to keep the red blinkers on....... Little wonder conservatives are so much better informed.
