I still own 202,000 shares of VCX, from 2009(The Great American Recession). It was called Centro, then Federation centres, and I bought at bargain bin price. 6.9(and some) cents for Centro. Years ago, Centro shares did a 5 to 1. My cost for VCX was 55.60 cent per share. The dividends I received over the last ten years(2009 to 2019) covered my cost of $ 0.556 three times over. The interest cover ratio(ICR) has never been lower than 3.2. It was never going to go bankrupt. ICR is very important in investing in REIT during crisis.
The real crisis developing is America is fighting a trade war against China, and Australia is on America's side.
