    ...well everyone probably has a different perspective ....most of it is based on conjecture...

    ...my view is that Getswift would be better off as a vertically integrated division of a big organisation going forward ...not a separate listed company...

    ....the listing objectives were accomplished if you ask me:
    1. sell a few shares via IPO....
    2. tell everyone that the sky is the limit via 'product potential' announcements .... do whatever to ensure that the price is much higher than IPO- but have risk mitigation clauses in prospectus to ensure that you aren't found guilty of misrepresenting facts in announcements about the potential of the product;
    3. then raise $100M of capital....
    4. deploy pratfall effect ...sky is falling narrative... ensure that you get sued...more priceless free PR;
    5. use that opportunity then to buy those issued shares back for 10 cent in the dollar via third party investor consortiums- not legal to do a share-buyback;
    6. Once you owe 90% of the share again, announce record revenue/contracts etc...so share prices rockets again;
    7. lawsuits unable to prove monetary losses now that the share is back to issue price (lack of causation/ actus reus etc.) ... nobody told anyone to sell their shares in the first place;
    8. then clear your name by suing AFR et al for defamation & also claim full legal cost recovery from everyone that sued you;

    ...so now that we are at 7 above.... take this private post 8 & then flip it to the highest bidder....

    ....so yes, they can offer you anything for your shares....the question is... what do you see this is worth based on what you know.... ?

    I won't sell until I know what I need to know.... and that is ....what is the share worth to them as majority shareholders ...not the value of retail based on the daily ~200K volumes.....10% up/down when 50K shares are traded...just silly...

    So this stage there are just too many things that still don't add up to me ... and I see that as an opportunity.... I mentioned this before:

    • ... strange that none of the executives, some of them also major shareholders, have not traded any of their shares since 2017 announcements....not even the ones that have left the organisation....why didn't they sell some at say $3/share? ....no buys...no sells.... only reason I can think of is....insider information (ASX rule 12.9)...due to those annoying NDA's they are not allowed to be disclosed.....
    • you don't pay yourself $1m/annum when you are under ASIC investigation with almost almost ZERO operational revenues- it would be suicide;
    • Why are there still so many consultants.... what are they working on...and why are they not permanent staff? Working on a major project for a client?
    • Are the CBA, Amazon, NA Wiliams pipeline deals dead in the water or are there still opportunity?
    • Why would a white shoe legal firm accept Getswift as a client if the current narrative is factual; these kind of legal firms won't be willing to tarnish their ~90% success track record for a company like Getswift... not worth the fee and potential bad press;
    • What is Getswift's latest client pipeline/leads and are there any material onboarding going on?
    • What were the real values for the last 3 acquisitions.... cash paid + undisclosed synergistic value- The price announced/ paid does not make sense without massive synergies to be crystallised;
    • Why would ex-CIA staff trust Getswift?
    • Recent advisory panel appointments- why would an ex-presidential candidate be willing to associate himself with a company that are sued for unconfirmed fraudulent misrepresentations (current narrative).

    Bottom line: I want to know the answers of the above before I hand my shares over...

    ....so by Oct 2020...we should have most of the answers.... and yes, the share price could be $0.16 cent ..or $4/share again.... who knows.... my track record is that I am usually ~70% correct most of the time...

    ...so this is just ...my 2 cents...
