I already knew about ICR when I bought Centro. I was lucky to work in a big distribution centre. We were offered overtime every afternoon, because people were not eating out, but cooking at home( just like now,... overtime starting to be offered again). Back then, 60% of the retail space were rented to the supermarkets. I knew that they will not go under. I also bought CQR at $1.10(Macquarie Countrywide back then). Same story with CQR.
