Just got off phone to my partner who was in the bank trying to get some one -
1) the staff had now idea
2) they denied any knowledge till forced to ring Netbank
3) still have no idea where the money is or isn't
4) we're rude about it like it was her fault
Would move our accounts from these plonkers - but the other are the are the same ... best of a bad bunch I suppose.
