POW does not have 50% of three projects via SHK.

Two projects lapsed last year leaving just the Daejon project, which is effectively worthless given the massive local opposition to any development of said project.

They have 50% of KORID Energy and the rights to sell/manufacture the batteries for use in Australia.

They have no employees, no CEO nor MD, just three non-executive board members who have minimal idea of what is happening with their own company. They don’t even have their own office.
