Semantics really (and agree probably those probably are true statements - of course ISX disclosure is a real question though, so can never be too sure) -
If of course their reputation is damaged & loss of revenue has resulted, it would still need to be proven in court that it wasn't ISX breaches of listing & disclosure rules causing these results & then prove they complied & were proven to be in compliance the whole time, were unfairly suspended, unfairly served/accused of breaching listing/disclosure rules, & then quantify the damage.
Agree if ISX are squeaky clean & have complied with their obligations, they will have a damages claim.
