The only thing mentioned re: overseas trips is that discussions with other parties did occur, though they are unable to discuss at this point due to confidentialy clauses. They then went on to say that sheareholder value is the priority..... not the first offer on the table.
As ATC progresses and milestones are achieved, greater value will be put on ATC.
