Admitted the company had been driven off a cliff, complete new small team engaged part time and deferred fees.
Working on refinance and finance rebuild, all audits and reporting upto date.

If we relist it will be a reduced holding the Board has reached a position that he can't expand on at the moment but confident.

Alternative was Liquidation and walk away with nothing. Hoping to communicate to shareholders in 2-3 weeks.
