The last update, there was a laundry list of items that needed to be addressed. None of which seemed outwardly difficult to address. The one that may cause some additional cash outlay would be in the area of road improvements. I should have the link handy but at the moment I can not locate it. Maybe one of the other posters can post it, if not it was on a previous post so you might have to search it out.
