The Risjadson Group may like this weakness in the share price as they may see it as an opportunity to grab another chunk of NFL super cheaply.

Looking at the market depth any time the share price has been near double figures there is always massive sellers around 12 or 13 cents, combined with the poor results to date I would not expect the price to climb much above 12 cents any time soon regardless of what announcements are made. Unless the announcement was for a full takeover at above 13 cents per share.
