As a side note. An ISX victory in this case would pave the way for a shareholder class action against ASX. So this case is essentially an ISX funded test proof of whether we can launch a class action. Worth a shot if our company is vindicated, received $27m in damages and then opens the door for shareholder damages. A lot on the line for everyone and would make me think it is certainly market sensitive for the ASX.
