I also support environmental friendly mining. however your citing articles which reference the radioactive elements in the tailings but then you're talking about PH levels. These are separate things.
It's worrying you're posts are getting likes and great analysis's when they are fundamentally inaccurate.
The average cost of an industrial dewatering pump from say grundfos can be anywhere between 50-200k and you're only expense is either diesel or electricity to pay. If you're figures regarding RL are accurate, they're mining at or slightly below the water table. Can you cite, or take a snip of this data.
here's an open pit image, i used pictures as i thought they may help you understand. This is Mt gibson mine. A project i personally assisted in the design the dewatering pipelines. This is a couple hundred meters below the water table. The ocean being right next to it paints a nice picture.
you say you support environmental mining, yet accuse a company which is merely drilling a resource. environmental assessments get completed as part of the PFS/DFS etc and it actually an item on the project timeline.

Once it's completed we can then debate it with some facts rather than you citing mines in china, and accusing an explorer/developer of doing the same.
