While I love 4DS, I can't see this being super positive news. If the results were great, then why not release them and do a placement to loyal shareholders so we can grab more shares before it takes off?

if it was great, they'd need maybe $1-$2m more to finish off.

Raising $10m like suggested above is ludicrous. What are they going to do with $10m if they're only 6 months away from the finish line?

if they only needed a little bit of money, why not ask shareholders? And if they needed a lot of money, then it means the finish line has moved.

i just don't see many scenarios where this is super good news. At best, the results are good but the cells WD requested are now being further tested and then moved to mbit and then further tested, pushing timelines to 18+ months. That's best case in my mind.

Worst case is a dud.

Anyone care to explain how this can be a proper positive? We get diluted because the chip works? Doubtful. We get diluted because they need cash because it's at least late 2021 before anything good. More likely.
