I think its entirely relevant. TAS cannot afford to fully subscribe, which means their share in Eden will decrease unless TAS go to a capital raise.
TAS needs to confirm if it will aim to raise capital or not participate in the EDE raise.
I've written to the ASX requesting clarification and I encourage all holders and non holders to do the same.
