I like your posts snake100, but now you are talking like your the HR manager and deciding what staff they need.

I like this company and hold a bagfull but this is as speccy as you want to get at the moment, just like the rest. Unless you are pumping the volume, its not worth bugger all.
Dont get me wrong I want this to succeed like you all do, but lets let the company do its thing. If not, we have all jumped on the wrong bandwagon and will pay the price in the long term.

If you placed your money in this because of the fundamentals, it will all be good.

If you placed your money in this company because of what you have read on this forum, your crazy but it will still be good because at least you have had some entertainment and read a whole lot of ...........
