A very ordinary AGM. I was not there but have read the announcement........I think they should get the Coolgardie tenements drilled and possibly proven up before considering any prospective takeover targets!
The time is right for solid companies to target good prospects, FML would probably just offer a heap of cash and a billion shares.
Management!! We already have enough shares issued!
What we do have is a shatload of ground that needs a exploration program utilising the available ongoing cash!!
A point that is continually mentioned in the blurbs is the prospective ground.....It will be just that forever til ya drill it. Get into it and develope what we have.
