Does anyone know how Bubs is currently penetrating the market in China and South East Asia? Is it only via multiple Daigou?
I'm hearing that Bubs is looking for a Logistics company to arrange freight for around 300 containers a year, starting in August 2020 from Australia to China, Vietnam and Japan. Is that a sign of Bubs trying to control its own freight and/or new distribution contracts in these countries? I would assume Bubs wouldn't be looking at a Logistics provider without having something in mind..
Based on my assumptions, we could easily fit approx 35 pallets (11,000 cans) per 40' container. At an estimate of $30 a can, that's approx $330,000 revenue per container and approx $100 Million revenue for 300 containers.
Considering our revenue was 28M in 1HFY20, that's some serious planned growth on the Asian market for next year!!
