As to the TV show Slappi, similar shows which showed poeple, in some cases nobs and most cases arrogant and pushing men and women, buy a house, paint it and then sell it for $50,000 more created unbeleibvable expectations which actually led people with no idea to bid at auctions, pushing up prices. some shows showed that you could ring a plumber at 8.30am and they would be there at 9.30am to replumb the house. totally unrelaistic.
But slappi, you mentioned you calculations etc, we are still to here what your assumptions are on buying in 9 months. Really am genuinely interested so that I can review my own assumptions. We all learn from each other
