    I think everyone is pretty much "punch drunk" trying to work out what is going on with Dr Geva's shareholdings at the moment.

    Between really large share sales (who was the buyer?), then another smaller share sale (who was both the seller and the buyer?), conversion of loan funds to shares @ various SP's, performance shares etc - it's pretty hard to comprehend what is going on?

    Maybe that's the way that they like it.

    It would be great if we could get a 3 line explanation with this 3Y notice - to assist us to understand the transaction.
