The company needs a world-class CEO and MacBankers to work out a restructure. The Perich Family, kudos for the genesis of FNP but sadly trapped in a time wrap. Billionaires in their own right through appreciation of their land banks and property companies. maybe they lack oomph. FNP's products on supermarket shelves looks 'underwhelming'. Management is mediocre at best. Great assets, right products with tail-winds, etc alone are not good enough to turn them into earnings.. Food companies are getting killed by Coles and WOW by their sheer market power. To realise its full potential, we really need a world-class CEO to turn this black coal into a diamond. Its hard.
