This doesn't sit overly well with me given the current climate however I'm sure the powers that be have considered the pros and cons.
In normal circumstances, absolutely, however not sure this will be viewed favourably given the struggles of many families. I understand it's a minimal increase to the overall cost of living however we do not want any reasons for families to look elsewhere. We mustn't forget that they are one of our most important assets.
