Wongfeihung, I have had a look through the Guppy literature that I have and nowhere does he specify the mav's he uses to generate it.
If someone knows what they are please post them and I'll generate a chart. Otherwise you will just have to make your own. Have a look at my chart history for one I posted recently made up of fib number mav's on XJO
