I agree with takeover, but I wouldn't like to think that an offer per share was below 75c ($0.75) when realistically the nab is around $1.00 per share in the books......These are infrastructure assets and as such have long contracts with guaranteed income for a set period.
Some may have another figure in mind but if they want lower buy the shares in the market.
