You don’t need any consolidation for dual listings on the ASX and Nasdaq also. Because Nasdaq listing must be in the form of ADR.
For examples the ratio of 1 ADR for 10 shares as for IMM. The ratio of 1 ADR for 40 shares for the case of IMC.
