Agree. Closing early risks putting off shareholders and given this was done to ‘reward loyal shareholders’ I don’t think it will close early. Definitely a smart move to wait to the last second but when I stepped back and assessed my options, knowing what I know, plus the deal that is coming, I would still take my full allocation. The risk I take is a major market meltdown before the offer close but even then I think there would be very strong buyer support around the 10-11 cent mark.

Only 50 holders need to take their full allocation to make $1.5m and there’s probably 10 on here already that have or will so it’s getting filled! I still think they’ll take more and then who knows what type of scale back there will be.
