well westpac very weak today.
and some kind of funnybusiness going on, 15:59 trade was about $6.65, at 16:09 the IAP was $17.40 and then dropped to $16.60 at the close.
And then westpac put out incomprehensible announcement, I cannot tell if the have sold USD 20 bn or GBP 12 mn of new debts.
Can anyone understand this announcement ?
