More Chinese PPPs we could be in line for. Only a matter of time. I'm sure we could crush the proposed 1 year construction time too.

China's Hainan yesterday called for bids for a CNY 557m (USD 79m) wastewater treatment PPP project.The procuring authority is Wenchang Municipal Water Conservancy Bureau.
Four candidates passed the prequalification earlier this month:
CCCC Third Highway Engineering;
A consortium comprising CCCC First Highway Engineering, CCCC Ocean Investment and Beijing Origin Water;CCCC
Second Harbour Engineering; and
CCCC First Harbour Engineering.
The build-operate-transfer project will involve the construction of wastewater treatment facilities in several areas, including one in Dongge town with a daily capacity of 400 m³, a facility in Tanniu town with a daily capacity of 800 m³ and a facility in Changsa town with a daily capacity of 500 m³.
All of them are administered by the city of Wenchang:
Construction will take one year and the concession period is 29 years.
Bids must be submitted by 14 July.
