I do not like the idea of company representatives posting on HC at all. They may have the very best intentions but are too close to the business to remain objective and free from company influence. Someone who is on a company payroll will always do as directed by management or lose their job.
There was another quite well known resource where the CEO was posting anonymously.....didn’t end well.
