Wow, what a great announcement.
Reading 4DS encrypted speak.
So the chip works.

• Prior to hgst contribution which was iteration wafer 4. Thats 4DS IP.
• Highest speed and endurance in the Additional Wafers Lot that have ever been

recorded by the Company. Recorded at near DRAM speed. What does that mean? Near? Near under or near over DRAM speed.

• Imec welcome the strengthening of our collaboration with 4DS, with announced contributions from industry leaders (HGST). They love where we are all going. Cutting edge of disruptive tech.
• hgst contribution to iteration 5 wafers. Could this have come from someone from the recruitment drive that # posted a while back. Suddenly their brains trust has expanded. Understanding this would not be easy to wrap your head around.
• The information gathered from this testing has enabled 4DS to identify
  which process steps will be further tuned, to benefit future platform iterations. Note the s on iterations. Development will never stop, but it will be always carried through by the new owners.

Loved it. Now the CR part.
My guess is an industry player is buying in. My conclusion points to WD ( Iteration 5 IP coverage ) .At a premium and if i was to take a punt, at 7 cents per share with a limit to retail holders like last time at same price. Considering funds required to operate, they could get a large sum, which means money left over at the end and possibly a special dividend on sale.

We are on our way and congrats to all LTH who have endured a-lot of mind bending doubt.
