it's like your boss firing you for being incompetent and not delivering on your work responsibilities and then you saying "hey show me evidence that I haven't done my work" and then your boss points at your mountain of 'promises' and zero actual deliverables. And then he points out the emails you've sent to your boss saying youll have the deliverables done by EOCY and then 6 months later you still haven't done them.
Do you understand now?
