The AGM presentation gave me the distinct impression that KEY is annoyed at the constant criticism about their "progress" to date.

Why else would they have used bold and unlined text the way they did in this slide?

"With the success of Kiliwani North,
the acquisition of new permits and
the expansion of the Company's
pool of talented and enthusiastic
personnel
Key Petroleum HAS operated
throughout the 2007 ~ 2008 year
according to its defined strategy"

Perhaps they DO read Hotcopper. ;-)

Still, it'd be nice to have details of the questions put to the board during the AGM and what responses were given.

Based just on the presentation, the previous announcements and the market in general I would say it is now very unlikely that the options will expire in the money.
