Hi LS29 .. .. I was at meeting, TS said cash deal,no scrip involved as they dont want to dilute their co. any more.Documents all done and waiting for nkwe to sign and then lodge with ASIC for approval.If ok, then need to call a S/H meeting to get us to approve (takes 28 days notice for meeting ) then we should get the $$$.Using a reasonable time frame xmas period etc ,meeting probably late Jan and $$ around mid Feb.Money has been arranged thru USA by selling future royalties for the project,TS said should be a great deal for whoever did it ,royalty on every OZ for the life of the mine.They are keen to complete as Xtrata wants 100% of site not 85, and us, or another partner.

Looks like it is coming to an end shortly.
