general meeting, page-4

I was waiting for someone else to do this, but seeing there was only about 5 of us present, it's me.
Today was a snow job. There was an extreme desire by Kevin Judge to get through the 5 resolutions as quickly as possible and onto the tea and coffee and packet of biscuits at the back of the room.
When we arrived at Resolution 4, we were told it had been withdrawn. Mr Judge then went on to say that it had been withdrawn for the time being, as Mr Stokes had stood down and approx two and a half years ago Mr Stokes had written an email, as an executive of a government Dept. I was made to feel this was a trivial matter and it would be sorted.
Two shareholders asked some questions. One was annoyed that WME was employing another director, which we have to do by law apparently.
The other shareholder was disappointed by the lack of information. There was no presentation! Nothing! When pressed by shareholder No2, both Kev and Dav(with twitch), said they were talking to neighboring tenement owners about something? Farm-in? They mentioned we had only $600,000 in the bank and would be looking to raise more money. Also mentioned how busy the company had been all year and all essay work was completed. Also mentioned acquiring more land elsewhere?
Today was far from inspiring and may I say, almost unfriendly. 1st post here, hope I didn't break any rules.
