NYSE - with a 3 hours trading to go today, Rio is -6.5%, and BHP up 2,5%. It will be interesting to see how FMG will start to fit into this new dynamic. I guess we are starting from a new level with these three stocks; all have been rerated.
Will FMG start to move with the fundamentals of the IO sector, or is the market still trying to work out the debt; shipments and mine development issues that FMG are facing?
FrankH, with the delaying of the railway, and resulting reduction to mining and shipping capacity next year, will FMG be able to comfortably service their interest commitments?
Also, when will FMG have to meet their first loan repayment?
Twiggy has be a great salesman to date. This next phase will be a real test of his, and the boards business ability.
