Milesg There is a big difference between muslims and westerners when it comes to their own kind committing "vile disgusting acts" as you call them. Most westerners condemn their fellow westerners who commit such acts, while most muslims praise their fellow muslims who commit such acts.
In the west the perpetrators are sometimes even put on trial and punished, but in muslim countries perpetrators are regailed as heroic holy warriors and adored.
