If you hold the options "MCTO" you can buy sell them as you would MCT using the code MCTO. They expire in May 2022, the benefit of converting to shares is that if the price of the shares is higher than your MCTO purchase price + the exercise price of $0.04, then you continue to own the shares, whereas if you don't convert to shares then the options will expire and you lose them.
