Unfortunately, AGM's are the worst forum for information as they are obliged by law to present and vote on the resolutions as on notice; that is why that part is always so quick.

Withdrawing of Resolution 4 was an obvious due the resignation of Mr Stokes from the Board.

Voting in another Director in the future is a requirement by law and the only potential issue I see in the resolution, was the increasing in fees for the future, not the fact that they have to appoint another Director.

The fact that Mr Judge alluded to discussions with neighbours in my view, is the best news I have heard in a long while. Perhaps you may not be aware of who the neighbours are and their cash rich position, that also require additional reserves to guarantee their supply lines for the years ahead.

This is what we had all been hoping would take place with the previous Board and did not! Maybe this is the work Mr Stokes has been doing and if so, thanks.

The next move has to be the upgrade of the reserves in the near future and, any more news about the neighbours.

    Damned good I say!
