From the announcement , VA only applies to a few subsidiaries - not Minsec - so the directors still have control over these operations. If the $45m Minsec roll over was the issue , surely this would have been put in VA first ?

The AGM should still be held. It will be an interesting event. I will block out some time tomorrow to attend.
